All purchases made through The Chunky Bear are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.

Pre-Order Items

All pre-order purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded after the order has been placed.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your payment is collected at the time your order is placed.
  • Any estimated release, arrival, or shipping date provided is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
  • Pre-order items may experience manufacturer, supplier, production, customs, freight, or other unforeseen delays outside of The Chunky Bear’s control.
  • A delay in the estimated arrival or shipping date does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
  • Your order will be shipped once the pre-order merchandise is received and available for fulfillment.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly after delivery so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. Photos or other documentation may be required.

Shipping & Delivery

The Chunky Bear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
